In the unlikely event that the product you selected does not match your expectations, you may return the product in its original condition, within thirty (30) days of purchase, and receive at your choice either a full refund or an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please Call for a Return Authorization Code Prior to returning any product, call MASCIO-RICCI at 978-371-1191 for a return authorization code. Our shipping department cannot accept return packages without this code. Write this code on the return label found at the bottom of your original invoice and affix the supplied return label to the outside of the box you are returning. Be sure to indicate on the invoice the reason for return and request your preference of an exchange or refund. Package Return and Shipping Process 1. Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance department will contact you within five (5) days to let you know we have received your merchandise. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. A full refund by means of the original payment will be issued. If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, MASCIO-RICCI will issue a full credit against another selection of your choice. 3. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a tracking number or return receipt. MASCIO-RICCI will not be responsible for losses or damage of return shipments.
